Letters Patent

We were incorporated March 21, 2001 as "The Monday Night Pool League." Check our Letters Patent.

Membership

We are a non-profit membership corporation run by our members. There are 3 directors who will assume the duties of the league match coordinator, starting with the summer 2001 schedule, and who will be subject to re-election or change at each annual general meeting.

Our year will be from May 1 to April 30 so as to take in both the summer and winter league.

Our first annual general meeting in which all the members will vote on the next tournament year will be in March or April of 2002.

Eligibility for membership (and thus the right to vote) will be as set out in the attached membership criteria.

The membership application for each member shall be emailed, faxed or mailed to the corporation at The Monday Night Pool League, 600 Church Street, Toronto, Ontario, M4Y 2E7, fax number 416 944-0285, email address directors@themondaynightpoolleague.com, must arrive at least 7 days before the relevant annual general meeting and shall contain the following information:
